You may have noticed that the music group is now back on the main floor by the organ. The new mass schedule gives them enough time to set up between masses, so they plan to stay on the main floor.
This is how Holy Communion is to be distributed to them.
If Fr. Goebel is the presider, he will distribute to the music group first. The minister who is distributing Precious Blood #3 will go with Fr. Goebel and distribute first to the music group. After distributing to the musicians both Fr. Goebel and the distributor of Precious Blood #3 will go to their normal positions and continue to distribute to the assembly.
If Fr. Stricker is the presider, the ministers of Host #3 and Precious Blood #3, first distribute to the music group and then go to their normal positions.

If enough people use this on a regular basis, can it be set up to find substitutes if we know we are unable to serve on certain dates scheduled ?
Well, that could be possible. However I don’t think most people will check this blog often enough for that to really work.
