Just click on this link or the Schedule Link on the right side bar and you will be taken to a site where you can click and download the schedule in PDF format. To open, read, and print the PDF you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free from Adobe.
You will be able to download future minister questionnaires to fill out and return for new schedules. Please send me your current email address so I may send you a message about the questionnaires in a timely fashion.
